Reschedule Process
Before submitting the request, teams must contact your opponent and get their agreement on a new game date/time. BOTH TEAMS MUST AGREE.
Provide two options to the league for review and approval. Email to admin@kauaisoccerassociation.com with detail.
If approved by KSA league will then send request to referee association for approval.
A request must be submitted 7 days before the game is to be played! Note: the appropriate reschedule fee for your request based upon the number of days before the currently scheduled game and the age division of your team (See below Reschedule & Forfeiture Fees)
If less than 7 days exists before the game is to be played, you must coordinate with KSA.
Reschedule & Forfeit Fees
The following schedule of fines apply. The forfeit fines must be paid to the KSA within 7 days of the forfeit. Failure of the team to comply will place the team in bad standing. The Board will make the determination of any additional fines and/or sanctions to be imposed.
For any matches requesting a forfeit 3+ Days prior to the matchday there will be NO FEE, but the requesting team will take an automatic loss in the standings for that game.
For any matches requesting a reschedule/change 7+ Days prior to the matchday after the schedule is posted and the free reschedule period is expired, there will be a $25 Fee assessed.
Any matches requesting rescheduling Less than 7 days but more than 72 hours prior to the matchday will be assessed a $25 for U6-U8 and $50 for U9-U19 age divisions.
Any match rescheduling request Less than 72 hours of matchday, or match forfeited (no show for playoff or league match, not enough players, coach elects not to play, etc.) there will be the following penalty assessed:
$50 for U6-U10
$100 for U11-U16
$150 for U17-U19
