HYSA Coaching Requirement Directions

The 2025-2026 HYSA Risk Management registration will be opened on July 16, 2025. New coaches and anyone with an expired should submit a risk management application starting July 16.  

For returning coaches, all SafeSport and HCamp certificates will be deleted from the system on July 15.  Certificates for the 2025-2025 season can be uploaded once registration is opened.   HYSA is again asking your assistance in verifying the new certificates for coaches who have passes expiring in 2026 and who do not need to reapply for risk management.

As you know, each year an updated SafeSport and HCamp training must be completed on or after June 1, for the new season. Any other certificates besides the SafeSport and HCamp are not acceptable nor any certificates dated before June 1, 2025. Also only those below listed SafeSport certificates should be verified for HYSA Risk Management purposes. Lastly, please make sure the name on the certificate matches the name of the person in Stack Sports (Affinity)

Anyone who has a risk management approval expiring in 2026 will not receive a new pass. He/she should continue using the pass that was sent to them last season once they have completed the required trainings and uploaded their certificates.  If they have lost or misplaced said pass and are in need of a replacement, please have them email me at hysarm@yahoo.com. Fee for the replacement pass is $15.
