The MISO Elite Program is a high-level player development and identification initiative designed to elevate Hawaii's top youth soccer talent. Operated in partnership with the Major Island Soccer Organization (MISO), the program offers a competitive platform for advanced players to train, compete, and gain exposure beyond their local clubs.

MISO Elite focuses on refining technical ability, tactical understanding, and mental toughness—all within a challenging and professional environment. Players selected for this program represent the highest standard of youth soccer across the islands.

Player Identification

Player identification for MISO Elite is conducted through a scouting and evaluation process that includes:

• Observation during league play and local tournaments

• Invitations to dedicated identification events or tryouts

• Recommendations from club directors and coaches

• Performance in past MISO Elite or ODP sessions

Selected players are offered the opportunity to train and compete with the MISO Elite squad in high-profile events, including regional showcases, national competitions, and international friendlies.
